Movement Arts & Yoga Programs

Bilingual yoga, Tai Chi, and movement arts classes that support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and physical wellness. Programs include trauma-informed yoga, chair yoga for seniors, adaptive yoga, youth movement arts.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Cultural Sound Healing & Creative Wellness

Sound baths, vibrational healing, cacao ceremonies, and cultural creative practices through our Trayecto de Sonido program. These sessions use sound, ritual, rhythm, and cultural expression to promote mental and emotional balance.


Preventative Health & Bilingual Wellness Education

Workshops on cardiovascular health, diabetes prevention, chronic stress, cortisol regulation, and healthy living. Includes our bilingual nutrition and cooking series NourishWell, and health workshops offered in partnership with community health providers.


Mental Health, Stress, & Emotional Well-Being

Programs that blend somatic movement, breathwork, culturally rooted mindfulness, Grief Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Recovery and emotional wellness education. Includes our annual Sanando Nuestra Mente bilingual mental-health fair.


Community Engagement & Cultural Events

Free bilingual events, cacao ceremonies, collaborations with cultural centers, community wellness pop-ups, resource fairs, and arts-infused healing experiences that celebrate culture, identity, and community connection.
